Connecting UVC cameras to XpertEye on iPad
This exciting development opens up new opportunities for seamless data collection, thanks to the connection of UVC cameras, such as borescopes, microscopes, and thermal cameras.
Whether you're inspecting critical equipment, performing remote diagnostics, or capturing specialized visual data, XpertEye on iPadOS ensures you have the tools to get the job done.
Key benefits:
Full compatibility with UVC cameras for advanced data collection
Optimized for iPadOS, offering a sleek and intuitive experience
This new feature designed to enhance collaboration within your organization—users can now seamlessly share sessions with colleagues in the same company.
Key features:
Share sessions from multiple locations: Users can share sessions directly from the reports list, or an opened report.
Session sharing visibility: Users can easily see with whom they’ve shared a session.
Access for recipients: Recipients of a shared session will see it in their XpertEye sessions calendar, where they can open, view, and download the content.
Email notifications: If the recipient’s email is in our database, they will receive a notification with a link to the session. The link will automatically open XpertEye (after authentication), providing direct access. If no email is available, no notification will be sent.
Control over sharing: Recipients cannot re-share the session with others, ensuring security and control over session access.
Download sessions: Users can now download sessions directly from the XpertEye session viewer. This feature is available to all session participants and any users with whom the session has been shared.
AI Report viewer enhancements
Key improvements:
New timeline view: A dynamic timeline will now display all session elements, including recordings, photos, and chat messages. Each element will be tagged with the user’s name, as well as the date and time of the action, providing a clearer chronological overview of the session.
Enhanced call info: We've improved the call info section to give better visibility of participants, showing who joined the call and for how long they stayed. This addition will make tracking participant engagement easier.
New authorizations section: This section now displays both session participants and users with whom the session has been shared, streamlining management and increasing transparency around session access.
Error management in AI Reports: In case where an error occurs during the generation of an AI Report, users can now regenerate missing files directly from the timeline. This feature enhances workflow continuity, preventing interruptions due to report issues.
AI Report customization
Customizing the prompts used to generate Action Points, Chapters, Summaries, and Topics in the AI Report is now possible.
For more information, reach out to your Technical Account Manager.
This marks the first step toward tailored AI-generated reports, with more customization options to be introduced in future versions.
