We are thrilled to announce that XpertEye is now available for download on both the Google Play and the App Store.
Simply log in with your credentials to unlock the full potential of our assisted Reality application!
Simplified XpertEye access
From now on, you won't need to log in every time you open the app.
Faster access: Once logged in, you'll stay logged in! No more entering your username and password every time you open the app.
Easier use: You can use the app even when you are temporarily without an internet connection. Your access will remain valid.
Maintained security: No compromise on security. Your information remains protected.
In summary, the simplified access makes your experience smoother and saves you time, while ensuring your data is secure.
Incoming XpertEye call notification
If you have installed the XpertEye application on your smartphone or tablet, you will now get a notification when receiving an incoming XpertEye call, even if your device is in sleep mode.

Spectator mode
The spectator mode enhances control and safety during critical operations in call centers and emergency support centers by ensuring that guests cannot perform any actions during the call.
When the feature is activated, guests cannot:
Open the board
Interact with the board timeline
Use the pointer
Take pictures
Zoom
Change the camera settings
Activate or deactivate the torch
Set a video stream as the main stream by clicking on it
Switch back to 'standard' display
This feature can only be activated at company level.
Easy access to XpertEye sessions
You can now easily find and review your past XpertEye sessions within XpertEye, directly accessible via Menu > XE Sessions :
Calendar integration: Sessions will be available through a calendar interface, with a red dot indicating the presence of a session.
Visibility: Once ended, sessions will be accessible exclusively to participants, ensuring privacy and confidentiality are maintained.
Permanent storage: By default, sessions will be stored permanently but can be deleted by the user or the XpertEye administrator.
Authorizations and modes
The access to the "Confidential mode, Auto-answer, Camera change, and Camera activation" options can be managed by the XpertEye administrator and/or by the XpertEye user.
When set to ONby the administrator, the user cannot change it.
When set to OFF by the administrator, the user can change it for the duration of the XpertEye session.
Note: Auto answer is not available for the XpertEye app (Android and iOS versions)
Domain configuration
When you launch the XpertEye application (Android or iOS) for the first time on your device, you’ll be prompted to enter your login to configure your device automatically. This operation can also be done manually if you know which URL to use.
