What can Merlin do? 🔍 Search company knowledge → Ask questions and Merlin will retrieve answers from internal documents 📁 Find a document → Provide a topic or name, and Merlin will locate the correct file instantly 🌐 Ask a general question → Like “What’s the height of the Eiffel Tower?” for quick facts 🎙️ Voice-enabled → Just press and hold Merlin widget to speak, release to get an answer   📚 Enrich your knowledge base New session end modal for session owners enables pushing valuable content to the knowledge base.
